We are partner with other South Carolina Baptist Churches to aid in various ways whenever disaster strikes. We respond in our community, in our state, and around our nation wherever there is a need to serve others in the name of Christ.
A group of ladies that sew, knit, and crochet to create handmade items for various organizations in our community. We meet one Saturday morning per month. Don’t sew? That’s OK – there’s other ways to help. We always need volunteer to help us with tasks such as cutting fabric and other prep work.
We are a group dedicated to extending the church’s mission beyond its walls by engaging with the wider community, sharing God’s love, and meeting local needs. Our goal is to transform lives through listening, praying, sharing, and serving, while creating a welcoming environment for visitors and new members.
We meet on Tuesday and Thursday mornings to exercise the body God has gifted to us.
Men, join fellow brothers in Christ as we sharpen each other in spiritual growth. We meet twice a month in small groups to talk about scripture and pray for each other. We also serve our church family with minor construction needs.
We manage and improve our church buildings and grounds as good stewards of God's house.

The purpose of Bethel Baptist Church Music Ministry is to promote praise and worship to God while uniting our congregation. Through the use of traditional hymns and contemporary praise and worship songs, it is our hope that all who attend our worship service (live and online) will be equipped with ways to express the glorification of God. The Adult Choir meets on Wednesdays from 7–8:00pm. Our Children’s Choir meets seasonally, with rehearsals beginning in October after church service from 11-11:30am to prepare for the Christmas musical.
We are responsible for creating a spirit-filled atmosphere at the social gatherings of the church. This includes planning meals, purchasing supplies and food, maintaining a sanitary and orderly kitchen along with the care of the Fellowship Hall.
We are responsible for decorating the church for special events such as Easter, Christmas, Homecoming, Pastor Appreciation, Thanksgiving, and various other holidays or special events.
We are a group of ladies who promote, educate, and support missions at Bethel. We also partner with the South Carolina Baptist State Convention WMU to support missions in our South Carolina.
Our committee is responsible for the church budget, stewardship life of the church, and for overseeing the implementation of Bethel’s Financial Policies and Procedures.

A ministry that takes groups of men (and sometimes boys) on hunting and fishing retreats. Connecting Men to Christ in the outdoors has been our mission from the beginning and we are unwavering in our commitment to that mission.

We are a Southern Baptist ministry and is a network of churches serving students and teachers in South Carolina. Our desire is to connect every school in SC with a church that loves and serves them well.
Bethel Baptist Church has adopted Bethel Church Road as part of the SC Adopt-a-Highway Program. We must clean our 2-mile designated stretch of road four times a year. This is typically scheduled on a quarterly basis and we meet in the church parking lot on a Saturday morning.
“for My house will be called a house of prayer for all nations.” Meets every other Thursday from 6-7:30p to pray for our nation, our state and town, our leaders and the Body of Christ.
